Any Oura Ring Users?

Just wondering if there are enough of us to share our experiences.

Just got a Ringconn which is analogous and has no subscription fee. Newer company with great customer service and innovation.

I refused to buy an Oura ring for the money-grab of a "monthly subscription fee" to see my data that should just go to my phone. Pure and simply money-grab; absolutely no reason other than that.
 
Is that like a smart watch? I don’t have either.

I almost went with Ringconn because of the subscription fee with Oura. I am very happy with my Oura. I believe for me I made the right choice

In some ways yes. I tried my other halves smart watch and I alway had pain or small shocks. I had this problem with others I tried over the years. I even went this year for tests to see if I was allergic to certain metals which came back negative. With the ring no issues.

With the ring I downloaded an app on my phone. It gets paired with the ring. The app shows all my data...how much rem sleep, how much deep sleep, avg and lowest heat rate, avg and highest hrv, sleep disturbances, how much stress I had, heart rate, etc.

Yes- my husband has a smart watch like that. Didn’t know they also had a ring. Interesting.

Me- I don’t care about any of that myself, plus I couldn’t wear anything to sleep. I have to have all my jewelry off once I get into my pjs. Lol!

Glad it works for you and am also very happy with Ringonn which also tracks similar measures.

And I am in my own little revolt about subscriptions, especially the ones that are there only because they can, or rather they gave been able to get away with it. The subscriptions that actually provide content or value make sense; we use the heck out of Amazon Prime and it saves us money every year.

I have similar features on my Samsung Watch and Phone, without any fees. I use it mainly to track my steps because I have a CPAP that monitors and reports on my sleep with a phone app also. It's actively doing something to affect my sleep and health, what kind of changes can you make based on these readings?
