Just posted online today, so I only can provide the total but not a breakdown. Property tax is billed and paid separately to Riverside County, CA.

FWIW, I dug up the maintenance fees since 2007, and the average MF increase is around 4.7%. The fee increase over the last 2 years were 13.1% and 8.6%, easily the 2 most painful years. :-(
The 2 lowest years were ~0% from 2020->21 (COVID) and ~0.2% from 2012->13.
