Is Wyndham website running properly or screwed up like Worldmark

It's now 7pm so 11 hours. Earlier I explained to DH that the website is almost always back on an hour or two before schedule.

I called in to see if they had any idea when it would be back up. From what I was told it was up for the reps, not for us, for a little while earlier today but it went back down. I also asked what was being done with this update. He said it wasn't for any changes or enhancements. It's pretty much a given some owners accounts will be.screwed up.
 
The ineptitude of Wyndham IT is astounding. And why can’t there a governmental oversight. Or class action lawsuit. They need to stop screwing us over with such incompetence.

My solution: No CEO pay this year. Where is Michael Brown? On his private yacht?

Oh, please!! Stop with the government oversight and class action nonsense! Do you really want government oversight of a corporation's IT system?

The real plaintiffs in class actions are the lawyers. Lawyers get money, named plaintiffs get vouchers, if that. Okay, maybe peanuts.

Likely means a back end system update best guess. I'll email our Wyndham IT contacts and see if there's anything noteworthy for updates after the latest outage window.
 
I'm new to booking Wyndham waitlist requests but have done so twice previously. Today, at Wyndham Park City and Wyndham Waikiki beach, it wouldn't allow me to ask for waitlist until Jan 18 2024 and beyond. Is that normal?

Also own Worldmark. Since Oct (at least) the reservation dates are displayed INCORRECTLY. My confirmed reservation is Dec 22 - 26, yet it's showing Dec 23 - 26 2023. Very concerning. When I called them in Oct after booking, the response is 'we are aware of the discrepancy, it's already been reported'. Anyone else?
