Viva Club membership

Hi guys! I am here to ask for your help. I am a young & dumb girl who became member of club viva @ Viva Wyndham Maya during vacations this December & is now regretting it! Its a 10 yr contract. I would like to see how I can cancel my membership. I’m aware I wont receive the downpayment that was given. I’ve contacted the staff & they mentioned to send an email stating my reason for cancellation which I did & called back & they stated it had been sent, that my card won’t be charged anymore & that there was a 3 month grace period in case I changed my mind about canceling. My worry is getting into collection during this time or being stuck & not being able to cancel ever. Please & thank you for your help.

I did same recently bought into this but im old and should've known better. They wong give me my deposit almost 4k. I canceled 1 day after signing. Fighting with them.

1)Mexican TS have a 5 day rescind window
2) cc Profeco ( regulates sales to consumers in Mexico / including TS)
3)File Dispute with credit card if $4K was paid via cc
