I recommend LT Transfers, too, based on personal experience.

Unfortunately, if you’re closing on a Wyndham timeshare, LT Transfers no longer handles those due to Wyndham’s excruciatingly slow process.

My first Wyndham property was bought on Ebay using Resort Closings out of Bozeman Montana. They are a little more expensive than LT transfers but their customer service and communications was top notch.
