We have a Foxrun Week 24 that we are interested in getting rid of. It is a terrific trader in II!

This is a 2BR unit at Foxrun Resort located in Lake Lure, North Carolina. It is available beginning with the 2024 use year. It is a fixed week (week 24) and unit (#9).

The unit has outstanding trading power with Interval International!

I prefer the transfer be completed with LT Transfer.
 
We own a week 52 at Foxrun that sees all of the Disney weeks in II. Just an FYI for those who are thinking of taking this week. It is indeed a supertrader. The week 52 is not nearly as prime season as a week 24.

Fees were $931 for 2023. Foxrun has never had a special assessment, not as long as we have owned, about 15 years.

What are the fees?
 
$931 maintenance fees

LT Transfer fees run $275.00 plus $51.00 for recording and $15.00 for postage.

I am certain you will get a bonus week with a deposit. We used to own a bunch of weeks at Foxrun. Still own a week 52 and deposit the week way ahead of the offer for the bonus week. I might get an offer for a week 52, but it's not summer, like this one is.

Even spring and fall weeks at Foxrun have historically been offered bonus weeks.
