We own The Residences, a Hilton Club in NY 8,160 bi-yearly points with 1800 yr. maintenance. We traded this in and upgraded to yearly 8,000 in Las Vegas paradise with 1025 maintenance and Max included for $8000. Should we resind? We were originally offered 12,965 but if we agreed to skip bonus points they lowered it to $8,000. Its the best deal we have even been presented so we took it. Now I am wondering if Max was worth losing our NY property reservation window. We have not used NY recently and now there are more properties, is it still a problem to get into NY with the 60 day window?
We ended up paying a $1 per point for extra 8000 points and Max, but I know the Las Vegas property can get gotten for almost nothing, but it would be another yearly maintenance fee and this way we went from $1800 to $1025 in yearly maintenance. What do you think?
