Ryan James & Daniels.... scam! (fake story/customer/testimonials - warning!)

Scammers create fake profiles to give glowing reviews of their scam operation. This is just another one of those fake posts. Probably Alzheimer’s Gary trying to fool us all again.

Whoop. Another new signup today to post on this very topic today!

I’ll tell you what, these guys, like all collections people, need a hard lesson in etiquette. They did get us our money back, as promised. They did not tell us we would be called incessantly for the first month. Just when we had given up hope of an easy “refund”, we did receive the amount we were baited with. Thank God we keep good records of our transactions amd anything to do with Timeshares (which is a whole different topic). We are going to work with them to get out of our last property. I’ll report back with how it unfolds. They might be pushy, but they got the job done in relatively close to the timeframe they originally had promised. I wish I could remember the first guy we worked with over there. He was the best.
It's comical how transparent these shills are. Sign up with a new fake profile, post positive-sounding nonsense about scam artists, rinse, repeat daily!

Nice try, "Mira" - or "Gary" - or William. We see through you.

man, what are the odds that MiraNYC shares the exact same IP address as GaryGraciano

I should play the lotto!

I figured the odds were good.

Just out of blind curiosity and I know Im late to the game here. Why don't we ban these folks?

So, you are saying that the IP addresses do match?

Too much TUG fun dumping mud on the trolls.

Notice the details in how TUG members disect and eviscerate the posts.

@TUGBrian will take care of the eventual "paperwork" .

these posts always serve to do far more harm than good to the companies they were planning on promoting in the first place.

I disagree. They can add "as recommended on the Timeshare Users Group" with the original scam message. The average rube isn't going to dig any deeper to find out the claims were then mocked.

People who prey on the desperate don't need many positive reviews to reel in some suckers. Desperate people want to be told what they want to hear. And they're apt to believe it because they want to believe it. This strategy makes no sense to anyone rational. But it works on people who are looking for validation, not information.

Apparently, one (scam / spam) door closes and another (scam / spam) door promptly opens...

You gotta hand it to these people though; they apparently think we are all just clueless idiots here, somehow ready, willing and able to believe their incongruent nonsense.

new title should eliminate any confusion.

I believe its EXTREMELY telling when a fake testimonial is placed, identified, and called out by the site it was placed on. heck in many cases that thread alone will show up extremely high on google searches and anyone finding it will (should) be more than educated on how this act operates.

heck there is even a thread on redweek that labels TUG as a scam. clearly the person that posted it has a bone to pick (and its almost like clockwork when someone is banned from the TUG forums for repeatedly breaking the rules, that an anti-tug post goes up in multiple places) , thankfully it was well responded to by plenty of folks who pointed out the utter nonsense of the claim, but it rates very high on google searches itself.

perhaps some folks never get past the first post and truly think TUG is a scam after clicking it, who knows. the truth is always out there for those who look for it!

So it comes as no surprise that Gary and Mira are the same person, creating fake profiles to post fake posts about their fake experiences. It is also no surprise that they have done just that, as scammers lie every day in their scamming “business”. This is just another day for these people.

Ryan, James & Daniels is a scam company, run by a person whose previous business was shut down and fined millions by the state of New Jersey for defrauding timeshare owners. They simply created a new name and moved to Florida running the same exact same scam.

Hell has a special place for these low life scammers.

For every person who posts here, there are probably dozens more who never will -- or even bother to create an account.

What matters to the scammer is getting their name out there, on a reputable website. They don't need everyone to be a clueless idiot. They just need enough of them to run their little scheme, and bilk more money out of people who were already hoodwinked.

And even if they don't reel a sucker in, if they get any personal information, they can sell that to the next scammer.

For the most credulous among us, whether or not this thread exists or is taken down will make no difference. When a scammer calls, they will do no research whatsoever and will just hand over their money and their information to the scammer. There could be 100 threads like this one and that person will never see them because they won’t do any kind of search. For a person who does even a casual search they’ll see quickly how we’ve spotted and called out the lies. I think the risk that someone bothers to do a Google search and reads only the first post on this thread without reading the rest is pretty low.

I am surprised that the person commented back so many times doubling down on their story, we don't see that very often.

Well, they are frail, elderly and forget things like passwords and usernames.

That was one of the most ridiculous shill posts in a long time. Constantly repeating old and frail. Seems almost like a parody of shills.

vs the alternative where every post like this were deleted, and the only source of information when a potential victim did any research was said companies website!

I stand by my opinion that shill posts do more harm than good! If someone can read this entire post and still wish to do business with said company well you can only lead a horse to water!

I disagree. Some people will search - and if we can save even a single person from being scammed then it is worth it.

This scammer has done nothing to help themselves by posting here.

no record of name or email anywhere...and our stuff goes back way before 2012.

if you registered in 2012 under a different name/email id be happy to look it up for you and get you sorted!

My apologies for forgetting to reply to this post. If I was able to remember the password to my office computer, I would be able to log in.

This is getting absurd. We do not share the same addresses, I've never even met that woman and do not live in NYC.

We are not the exact same person, are you kidding me? Read our posts side by side it should be obvious to anyone that we speak completely differently and had different experiences. All of you saying we're the same person are really grinding my gears
