I own 2 weeks both in VSN. Just got my maintenance fee bills and there is no charge for club dues on either statement?? This happen to anyone else? Both units qualify to be in VSN or Abound with star options or abound points.

Do you also own with Marriott? If so, check there for your club dues. We own at both Marriott and Vistana. There was only one that had club dues with it.
 
We have seen some oddies with billing of the Club Fee. Some people still being charged the lower VSN fee instead of the higher Club Fee. Among other things. We just add this to the list.

I own 2 eligible weeks as well and one was charged the VSN $170.50 and nothing on the other. Should have been charged the new consolidated fee
 
I haven't been charged any fee of any kind for either week, hope it doesn't create a problem
 
You can call owner services to pay your new club fee. I posted about no club fees attached to my units too when Abound first went live. I called owner services about another matter and asked about club dues. The rep confirmed I should be paying the new fee for my 2 units and would have taken it over the phone. But I decided to wait a little longer before paying.
 
It’s a disaster. They had years to figure this out and they have done nothing but confuse themselves and owners. I’m being billed 270 twice on Abound eligible and VSN only units.
 
The fee is also not showing on my one statement. We own two Westin Ka'anapali, but only one is showing in our account. We bought them at the same time, so this is just weird. They are deeded exactly the same, too. I am pretty disappointed overall in the changeover and am with @CPNY on the disaster this has been.

I don't like the constant excuses and the lack of communication by Vistana. I still have no issues with Marriott.

We also bought a Westin Desert Willow, got the email saying congratulations on the purchase, but when I check my account, it's not there. Maybe there aren't enough placeholders for our weeks, or maybe that Westin is just floating around out there with no account to attach it to.

I think this could all be fixed (my problems anyway) with a simple member number that encompasses all of my weeks. We own a lot. We own dozens of SBP.

I just logged in and see a place in which to pay club dues. It is a separate link from paying MFs.
From Dashboard, click on View Statement and Make Payment.
The next page shows 2 sections, the first for Club fees, and 2nd for MFs.
However when I click view/pay dues link it takes me to a Marriott website which subsequently gives a page error.
And I'm instructed to call owner services :rolleyes:.
At least they have a call back option, so you don't have to stay on the phone forever....

Do you mean billed by Marriott? I was billed in my MVC account for my MF and Club Dues on my trust points back in mid-October, due December 1st.

Are you a Vistana-only owner? Did you receive a Club Dues billing from Vistana?
 
For a while I had the Abound Club Dues attached to my first owned week (at SVV) and a VSN fee of $60 attached to my second owned week (at WSJ). The $60 would have corresponded to a 2+ week VSN additional week fee, but has now been removed. Looks like they’re slowly fixing things.

Yes, I only own Vistana, no MVC.
I don't think we got a club fees bill in the slo-mail , only the MF breakdown from the HOAs. DH would have shown it club bill to me.

Yes, I mean billed by Marriott and I supposed billed for enrolled weeks. Enrolled weeks have always had the Club Fee billed separately.
 
Was told by Owner services that we'll get a separate bill after Abound is "Officially" launched January 1 to balance things out.

I have the $170 on my SVV resale and nothing on the Nanea week. They said because SVV was a resale, and the resales haven't been made official in Abound yet until Jan 1 (though I can already elect to enroll the VOI in Abound).

I'm thinking, I'm just going to way until 1/1/23 and not worry about things much for now as it seems a lot of things are still trying to be figured out on their side.

I think they just make stuff up when they don’t know. We have two resales and have the correct Club Fee billed on one of our SVV weeks. Though we also own MVC.

I had the same link appear a couple of days ago. When I clicked it took me to the MVC site and I could see the $230 fee but couldn't actually pay it. Today it finally allowed me to pay.

I found mine on the Ownership Fees and Dues page last week or the week before, a separate entry from my enrolled Weeks. (I don't own Trust Points, for whatever data point that might make.) The email with the link to the Club Dues invoice came yesterday.

So far I don't have a record in my MVC account for the billing of Club Dues. The page just shows the MFs due for our Grande Vista and Harbour Lake weeks. So it looks like so far so good for us as we just have the club dues attached to one of our Vistana weeks.
 
I received a separate bill for the club dues in the slo-mail...... due date Jan 27, 2023....... not attached to any of our VOI's maintenance fees billings. I only own at VSN. There is no link on my dashboard of the Vistana website to pay the club dues online...... just the maintenance fees for our VOI's. I am guessing VSN is still working on getting this functionality up on the website and I will have to continue to wait and see. However some good news...... I was successful at electing club points and securing a Dec 2023 reservation through Abound.
 
I am billed for 307.29 for membership fees on 2BR EOY KORV And $155 for 2BR annual Mission Hills membership fees. Does that seem right?
