A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
2BR Mountainside Villas of Massanutten Week 25
sleeps up to 8 including 2 daybeds in loft area.
Next usage June 24-July 1, 2023

It is a fixed week/ fixed unit with a Saturday check in.
exchanges through both RCI and II
currently there is no resort fee when using your owner week in the Mountainside Villas.
MF due January 1, 2023 ($615 for 2023)

If you are interested I will split the cost of the transfer and recording through LT transfers so your portion would be $140 or less.

Contact me if you are interested in doing a try before buy. I will rent out for $25 above MF's and if you decide after staying that you want to buy I will apply that toward your portion of the transfer fee. If you decide it isn't for you then, no additional obligation.

I am looking at eventually giving way villa A/B combo which is 3 bedroom. It's still in the weeks system, it's the week after Thanksgiving.

Gold is basically only given directly from the developer, but it's just 20% savings on sky lift / water park and a couple other items.
