- Just pay closing costs. The resort charges $175 Transfer fee and new owner can choose closing company.
Maintenance fees for 2023 will be due on October 1, 2022. First use will be week 34 in 2023...Plan your yellowstone vacation now.
This is a 2 bed 2 bath unit 26. It is a fixed week fixed unit. I no longer belong to RCI but it used to be a super trader.....maybe someone can see the current value with RCI.
Maintenance fees for 2022 are $818, 2021 they were $815. This unit has recently been upgraded and has hickory cabinets, new black appliances, Luxury vinyl flooring, Walk in shower in both bathrooms.
Timbers is located 22 miles from west Yellowstone and there are tons of activities in the Island Park area.
We are here now and DH has decided that he would rather fish closer to home. We have owned at timbers since 1999 (although not this unit - a fellow tugger gave it to me several years ago)
The only bad news is a special assessment is likely. I spoke with the manager today and she said it is expected to be about $800. Trading places has been the resort manager and trading places international has been bought out by capital vactions. In the past, trading places offers 2 bonus weeks, reduced exchange fees and no guest certificates to timbers owners. That may change with the new company buut you will have the option to exchange with the new trading Places, Interval International or RCI.
I have pictures of the upgrades if anyone is interested.
