finding a Bahamas resource for Harborside title transfer

Have finally made the decision to exit 1 of the 2 Harborside timeshares we own since life has us now only traveling for vacation a single week and the fees certainly aren't worth it when we aren't actually using it. Educating myself on TUG has been very helpful and I can see a path with precedence to finding a recipient on TUG for a free timeshare give away for that 2-br lockoff that served us well years ago. I am trying to understand what's involved through the entire whole process and am looking for any recommendations for a resource to perform the title transfer (which from another thread I believe needs to be a Bahamas attorney) and any estimate or confirmation of that cost (in another post believed to be $1000-2000). Would appreciate anyone's experience/suggestion in completing that process with a Harborside timeshare (and anything else brand new to this process needs to be careful about).

We will be transferring our Harborside 2 bedroom lock off To a new owner later this year. We were told to contact Mr. William Pilcher in the Bahamas as he handles all Harborside transfers. We understand it will cost about $1700. wpilcher@resort-title.com
