How many military personnel have been granted religious exemptions from COVID vaccinations by service branches?

And the way it should be. Covid does not care which religion someone is.

I'm making a point. Those that falsely claim their religion as a source for suddenly having such a conviction against vaccines are the posers. I understand there are a few religions that do have true beliefs against vaccines and always have. I doubt these fall in that group or they would have such an exemption already in their record.

Funny how your attempt at blasphemy fits right in with all those that speak in contempt of all those that still understand the freedom of deciding what goes into their body and what doesn't.

There is a religion ... scientology .. no it's ......

Rastafarianism follows the text of the Old Testament. They believe that marijuana is mentioned various times throughout the Bible and interpret it as such. For instance, “eat every herb of the land” is interpreted as all herbs including marijuana, and God put them there for man to use.
 
Who chooses religion over possible death or death of others. Shame on them. If that is their choice and has to be accommodated let them stay in their houses.

Most articles I've read on this subject are very clear: many, if not a majority, join due to economic concerns - ie. they need a reliable job; not any "larger purpose".

Ken how many veterans do you know personally. I have severed alongside and met thousands of them in 38 years of service and very few if any I have talked to joined for the reason you stated. Please enlighten us.

Yes, when you don't agree you attack the poster. It doesn't matter what the answer to this question is, you'll still discount my opinion. Oh wait, my comment wasn't about my opinion, it was about numerous articles written on this very topic over many, many years. So you're really suggesting that - surprise - you don't believe what others write. Yet you do seem to believe articles written by people who support your predisposed positions. We see right through you.

All 3 of my children have served and what they go through they would only do if they believed in a "larger purpose". And for those in the seals and other elite branches of the service, that is most definitely true...they are not in it for the money. Your comments lead me to believe that you have never served.

I appreciate your perspective. Yet your comments indicate that you haven't independently researched this topic nor read the numerous articles on this very topic.

Chellej, thank your kids for on service from me. Also you are spot on about the special forces troops. They are the most disiplined and dedicated of all the military personnel I have met.

I will do that. My children are the children of 9-11 and that is what drives them. DD just got promoted to lieutenant in the Coast guard and we are very proud of her.
