Rescind a recently purchased upgrade at WorldMark

It’s getting close to 72hrs from our upgrade purchase of WorldMark and we wish to rescind the contract. What do I do?
 
How much time does it tell you you have in your rescission instructions that came with the contract? It is state specific. Usually five and sometimes ten days. If you are within, complete a rescission letter per instructions and send certified with return receipt to the address in the instructions. As long as it is postmarked within the period you are gold.

Find the recission instructions in your purchase packet. Follow the instructions in the packet about rescinding. Do not call the selling office for information. They will try to stall you and keep you from rescinding. The instructions will generally say to send a certified letter to a certain address. Do so without hesitating. But follow the instructions that are specific to your contract.

We hope your rescission and deposit refund were successful. To track TUG rescission savings, mind sharing how much you saved with rescission? As half of tuggers initially bought developer/retail TS, there is no shame.
