This information may be helpful to anyone interested in this week.
Depending on the check in date week 25 dates for 2022 are Saturday-June 18th, Sunday-June 19th or Friday-June 24th
Week 25 in a points week, which this is not, would be a 49,000 point week. That's the second highest point week in a one bedroom unit. When deposited for trade in RCI this week would get Trading Power Units, TPUs. I don't know how many it would get but I'd guess it would probably get more TPUs the earlier the week is deposited for trade. When you use those TPUs you would pay an exchange fee for each week you book with them. The exchange fee is going up to $259 on December 4th. If the exchange fees are different for weeks owners than they are for points owners I hope someone will correct this information.
The exact 2022 maintenance fees for a one bedroom are $438.50.
Depending on how flexible you are in being able to travel and how those TPUs are used you could easily get several weeks instead of using just your week. Say you got only two weeks weeks using the TPUs and paid an exchange fee of $259 for each week on top of your maintenance fees of $438.50. That would make the cost of each week $478.25. If you had three weeks it would bring the cost down to $405.08 each.
As an owner of a Vacation Village property you will get two extra weeks per year that you can book within 45 days of the check in date for approximately $300 for the week. These extra weeks require no TPUs or points to book. There's typically a nice selection of inventory available and its at more resorts than just the 15 Vacation Village resorts. I've booked these weeks in one bedroom (full kitchen) and two bedroom units so don't think you won't find anything but studios available.
Vacation Village periodically runs special offers that require no points or TPUs. The current special offer is for a week for $159, no tax, started at the beginning of October and runs through December 31st for stays from January 3-March 27. This offer is only for a limited number of Vacation Village resorts and when I recently booked our week there was nothing larger than one bedroom units still available. Last Spring there was a special offer for $99 for a week. In March I booked the week of September 3-10, 2021, which was Labor Day weekend, at Grandview Las Vegas in a one bedroom unit.
