How to accomplish an II exchange with StarOptions

I have already deposited SO last year but I need to add more SO in order to get a specific exchange I want. I need 7,000 more SO. Can I just deposit more SO to be added to what I have already deposited? The additional SO would have to be borrowed from 2022. Is this possible with Vistana and II?

Do you own flex options? Because I don't know of anyway other way you can bank Staroptions in II.

If you own a week or weeks at Westin Lagunamar, there is no way to deposit the StarOptions into II. You have to deposit your weeks (either or both sides of the lock off). If you own Westin Aventuras, then you can deposit or exchange with home options.

And Home Options can be combined ( different use years) as long as they are valid. You can take 2020 & 2021 and use them all in 2021 or in 2022 before the 2020 options expire 12/31/22.

Thanks I’m still learning. I have Adventuras so then it would be Home Options I can deposit if I’m understanding correctly. When I deposited the 2020 use year it asked me how many I wanted to deposit. So can I now borrow from 2022 the 7,000 options and combine them with the 2020 options for an exchange that would occur in 2022? The check in date would be March 2022 but I want to grab it now before it disappears. In order to do that I need to add 7,000 more options but I have to borrow them from 2022. I will post this also over in the Vistana forum.

Before you can borrow to deposit you will have to prepay your 2022 mfs.

you have to call in, as there is no way online to borrow, or make a booking with borrowed options.

and you will only be allowed to borrow exactly however many options you are short to make a specific booking...
