Current point conversion from HGV to HH Club?

What's the current conversion ratio from HGV to Hilton Honors? I've heard 1 HGV = anywhere from 20 to 25 to 50 points.

The simple answer is "yes, that is correct". :)

The real answer is "it depends".
If you own one of the "by Hilton Club" properties and convert next year's points, it is 50:1.
If you own one of the standard properties and convert next year's points, it is 25:1.
If you use current year's points to make a Hilton Hotels reservation (you can't convert current year's points directly to HH points), it is 20:1.
