sorry i am new to this its bi-yearly but u get points every year?

Yes, that is correct. We own every other year, but the resort bills half the maintenance fee each year (to keep payments smaller) and issues half the points each year as well.

I have an estoppel that spells all of it out if you are interested.

It is deeded as a 4BR unit, but it is internally enrolled in their exchange/split program so that you get a 2BR full kitchen on one year and a 2BR partial kitchen on the other year, if you elect to use the unit rather than receive the points for that year.

About half of the 4BR units in Woodstone, Summit, and Regal Vistas are enrolled in this program. I am not sure if the deed mentions it but the estoppel does for sure. So if you are purchasing an EOY unit it is always important to know which type you are getting- a full 4 BR EOY or a 2 BR unit every year.

Week 6....though we have never used that specific week....always used points to use a different week there or at other resorts.

oh, so once deposited to RCI does the assigned week still matter?
If it’s a points account you get the allotted points in RCI every year. The week it’s assigned determines the amount of points it’s worth. A higher valued week will have more points. I have for example a 4 bedroom 178K regal vista EOY given as 2 bedrooms annually. The unit is split into 2 annually which means the points are as well. Instead of 178K EOY I get 89K every year. Sounds like that’s the same with this woodstone unit.
