I have been trying to log into the website for the last 2 days with no luck to schedule my week. Are other people having problems.

No issues here.

Big problems for me. Called 2 days in a row and gave up after holding 2+ hours. Left my callback number yesterday and still have got a call. Very frustrating.

Off and on problems with the web site over the last several days for me.

I gave my number and got in line. The first call back the rep. gave me incorrect info and sent me to the insurance company who told me I bought the insurance on the MVC site,(which is what I thought all the time) so back in line for another call. After 2 hour they called again and I had a knowledgable rep. who helped me buy the insurance.
