Divi Resorts

I have RCI points and am currently in Aruba. Anyone have any info on the Divi resorts in Aruba? I know the st Martin one was completely re done due to the hurricane a few years back. If I came back to Aruba I’d probably look to stay at Divi to use RCI points or get an airbnb since staying at a PACKED Marriott isn’t too appealing. I do rent a car and visit different beaches most days. Any experience with Divi in Aruba or elsewhere would be great. I see different Divi resorts in Aruba. Are they separate or different phases on the same complex?

I am a Divi owner so I will try to help you as much as I can. Please someone correct me if I am wrong.
Below are the RCI listings for the Divi Resorts in Aruba.

If you are interested in staying on the edge of the hi-rise area of Palm Beach then you would choose either the two choices listed in RCI below.
RCI #4032, The Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, I believe is the original Phase I Tower on the complex. It’s the tallest building at the Phoenix, I think it’s 14 floors. I believe there are studios and 1 bedroom units.
RCI #8729 the Beach Villas at Divi Phoenix, I believe are the newer 8 story Phase II towers on the property. There are 1 bedroom, studio and 2 bedroom lockouts here, along with some type of penthouse units.
There is also a 4 story Phase I “Villa” Building, but I’m not sure which listing in RCI will get you into that building.

The Divi Aruba Phoenix/Beach Villas are oceanfront. There are a couple pools, and one has a swim up bar. They have 2 restaurants and a deli. You can walk along Palm Beach to visit the busier section of Palm Beach, to check out other resorts or restaurants, find excursions or sailings to take, or to chat with the timeshare salespeople.

The Divi Dutch Village RCI #4033, is pictured below. It sits behind the all-inclusive (non timeshare) resort called the Tamarijn Aruba. It is located near Druif Beach. There is a path to get to the beach. It is not too far from the Divi Village Beach and Golf Resort.

Divi Village, Divi Village Golf and Beach Resort, and Divi Village Villas (all-inclusive I believe in RCI) are all on the same general complex, located across the street from Druif Beach. Some of the buildings do not have elevators, while some units have their own jacuzzi and grill and wet bar on the roof top. There is a swim-up pool bar and waterslide over near the Golf Villas. There is a 9 hole golf course. A casino is right down the road. An all-inclusive plan is available. There are palapas and chairs for use on the beach. There is a shuttle that will bring you to/from your area, beach, lobby, casino, etc. I believe under one of these listings there is a 3 bedroom unit available, but it is rarely seen in RCI.

The Divi resorts exchange within RCI Weeks/TPU, RCI Points and Interval. I’m not sure what smaller exchange companies they are found in as well. There are other Divi resorts on St Maarten, Bonaire, Barbados & St Croix.
