HGVC GP Marbrisa
My husband and I made an offer on an HGVC property at Marbrisa through RedWeek. It's been 10 days since our offer was accepted (we went back and forth with offers and finally agreed) by email. We did not pay the deposit, as the agent said he was waiting for the owner to send the documents to prepare the contract. . We emailed the agent 3 days ago, and he said that he contacted the sellers and they are "working on getting their documents together"..
Are we being impatient?

That seems about right. We bought through Ref week and the sellers were very slow with the paperwork. They took the full 10 days to get the contract signed and took another couple of weeks to get all of the paperwork in.

Thanks for your answer!

I had one deal (a sale) that was very fast- 16 days from offer presented to me to the property transferred out of my account, but your timing seems more the norm.

Cheers.

Is it a Redweek full service listing?
