I get very few leg cramps since I retired, but just reading about it hurts. I tried everything I read about, water, bananas, magnesium and nothing really stopped my leg cramps. I believe it was my desk job and bad chair causing it.
Then one day I read an article in foreign women’s magazine titled “ what are you grateful your husband for” and one old lady described how her husband taught her to stop her leg crabs on the spot. I tried it and it really works. You push with your finger very hard under your nose between nostrils. It hurts a little, but your cramps literally go away within seconds. Lady said her husband learned it at the army during WW2. Hope someone finds this useful as I did.
