Tell me it ain’t so that I have to request a modification via email or phone? It’s something easily I can do via Vistana so I was shocked when I discovered my inability to make a rather simple modification. Is this a change due to the new less than owner website?
 
You can do it via chat.
 
I did. I was just shocked it wasn’t available to complete by over. Basically all we have access to is creating a reservation. Truly acceptable in this day and age. I thought HRC was IT archaic but now MVC wins that award.
 
I do it on the Marriott.com website under my reservations online.

MVC CEO said that VSE was far more superior on the tech side compared to MVC. So hopefully they take what we had and bring it over to MVC and NOT screw up what we have. I pray they don’t combine anything lol
 
I see on the Marriott site that I can change the name on a ressie but I see no where to add a name. Am I missing something?
Why would 2 people need to check in? Can't you just change to the name of the person who is checking in?
 
It would not let me make any changes. I tried using 2 different browsers and it wouldn’t allow changes.
when I used IM, I was told that it had to be handled by CS.

All I could figure is the reservation was originally booked under the previous owners. Once the account was moved to us, online capabilities were halted and require CS Assistance. Unfortunately I could not get confirmation from CS so I know for any future requests.
