$399, Woodstone Massanutten, Wk 35, $675 MF, annual good deal?

Why the rush? Sounds like you are unsure in what you want/need. Explore the different systems. Learn the ins and outs. Think about what you need and let the collective knowledge of Tug help you.

Try answering the questions in the newbie forum to see what is said.

Copy the questions into a new thread and answer them. Get feedback and learn. Remember, it’s really easy to get a TS, but can be very difficult in getting rid of one.

More space is truly rarely a problem. That would give you the freedom to invite folks, or to spread out. That is my one regret in our ownership...I own 2 units that are 2BR sleeps 6, which means that someone has to use the sofa bed. What wasn't a problem when I had toddlers is now a bigger issue with a 15 yr old son. I wish I'd gotten 2BR sleeps 8's for all of our units. Ah well. Live and learn. We enjoy them just the same. (And one was free, one was $29 from Sumday...beggers can't be choosers!) If you needed to trade, you'd have more TPU's to work with.

I'm not sure about Woodstone in particular, but many of the 4Br's at Massanutten share a washer/dryer between 2 2BR units. That would be a dealbreaker for me...I seem to constantly have the laundry going, and I don't want to share! Of course, we travel with teens who change their clothes by the minute.
