Hello, after purchasing a Holiday Inn Vacation club package for 11k, I started having doubts.

I just sent the letter in a priority express enveloppe, but only included the letter with contract number, intent to cancel and signed and dated.

Do I also need to send any material I received in person? Or that letter enough?

That should be sufficient, as long as all parties to the contract signed the letter.
Next time, more particulars identifying the contract is preferred, like...
Buyer(s) name(s), date signed, where signed, resort where TS is located, week #,
and a copy of page 1 of the contract.

Do return the materials. Technically, they are entitled to ding you for their cost.

Do accept a call from the sales office. They just want to get you to buy.
They have nothing to do with the rescission process.

Hopefully you have done this in a "timely" manner. Each state allows so many days to do this; some as few as three and some as many as ten.

Good move to rescind, now go celebrate :cheer:
