None yet. Looking to buy.
Other than a couple of thousand points per night, does anybody know what the difference between a "1 Bedroom" and a "1 bedroom deluxe" is at Clearwater? Both seem to have max occupancy of 4, the same square footage, full kitchen, king and queen sleeper. Just trying to decide if I want to spend the extra points or not. Thanks

I did a quick good search for floor plans since they were not on the resort page, but could only find one for the one bedroom deluxe. I would recommend you call the resort.

Usually the difference between the regular 1 BR and 1 BR Deluxe will be a balcony and/or a jetted tub. I don't know if this holds true at Clearwater or not. Call the resort to confirm.

That’s sounds about right. Also do a review on the Clearwater Resort you are visiting. We may go someday.

Both are listed as having a balcony. There are no differences in features.

I called the resort. She said there are literally only two rooms that are the "standard" 1 bedroom instead of "deluxe". The only difference is that the view of these two rooms may not be as nice as we would hope (ex: They are overlooking a roof or A/C unit or something like that). Other than the view all of the amenities and the space is identical.

She also outlined the differences between deluxe and presidential for me if anyone is interested. Presidential has a little more space, stainless steel appliances and a dining room table. Deluxe has white appliances and no dining table (only chairs at the breakfast bar).

Thank you for the info. I'm kind of surprised they went with white appliances since they start showing wear before black appliances.

I posted a bunch of Clearwater picks of a 1 bedroom deluxe back in August if you search my previous posts.
