These are the best I have offered, great area and times. Hopefully a tugger will get these.

As many of you know I am changing my portfolio to what I use. These are weeks I do not use. I still own at Gulf Tide, actually looking for another week I can use.

Gulf Tides, Longboat Keys, Florida

Two different weeks available but can take one

Cost $0, I will pay closing costs


Week 05

First use 2019

Large studio, unit 202,

2nd floor, no elevator

Beach side, only a few steps to beach

maintenance 2017 was $676


Week 47

First use 2018-you will be responsible to pay 2018 maintenance fee

Most times Thanksgiving week

2 bedroom, Unit 107, elevator

across the street from beach, pool on this side

Maintenance 2017 was $767


Interval- GTL, I prefer to trade to trade with II as they get high value

This year I traded my studios for a

winter week at Marriott Sabal Palms Resort 2 bedroom
&
Thanksgiving week at Marriott Barony Beach Club 2 bedroom

And the nice thing about a 2 bedroom trader is that you don't have any upsize charges to pay for another 2 bedroom unit. That saves you about $100 per trade.

I have decided to keep this week as I have had no taker yet. Last night I received a match (using my 2017 week) in II for a February 2019 week at South Seas Club at South Sea Resort, Captiva FL. I got reminded how strong this week trades and decided to keep one week for trading and this is it.

You were VERY VERY generous to give away week 5. I went there on a trade through SFX and I loved it. (I’m not touting SFX in any manner. It was a nice trade week, albeit in June!)

I probably could have made some money if I listed at the resort.

I decided not to because of the generousity I received from others, receiving timeshares for free that they could have charged for too.

My first experience of acquiring free timeshares on tug was from another generous tugger, two week 51, at Sunrise Bay in Marco Island. In my opinion the best kept secret. Love going there and it trades well too.

I am happy a tugger who already owned at gulf tides got the week as he knows and appreciates the resort.
