If you are asking about SBP Sheraton Broadway Plantation, you can tell by your float period as they are different between the plantation phase and the the palmetto phase. If you know the building number from the deeded unit number you can also use that information to find out the phase.
That is building 2- original plantation phase. There isn't much difference. The float season weeks are different. If you own week 33 it floats weeks 9-43 and week 47. It does mean you have more competition for summer weeks which are the most popular. If you want to reserve a summer week you will need to pre pay your MF and reserve at exactly 12 months in advance. If you want week 33 you would have priority to reserve that week up to 24 months in advance but week 33 wouldn't be that hard to book. Weeks 26-30 would be the hardest to reserve.
Thanks. I dont really intend to go down in the summer (too hot) so i'm not too worried about competition. When i called the other day, i was told that i was allowed to book for one "season" below my season so, basically i can book almost any week of the year? Is this true ?
