Need Advice Kierland or SVV about buying StarOptions or Week, etc.

Why I am I seeing something different for the TimeShareKing? I see one at $16.5K - must be my browser ;)
Doesn't matter - I already have 2 WKV Plat+ - paid for themselves - and can use for HI in 2018 (2017 are rented)
If someone buys 2Bd WKV Plat+ at $12.5K - please post here. @Glorian used to track these.
I bought two 2 bdr WKV Plat+ weeks for $12.5K each (with one closing cost) from the same seller in Jan 2017 brokered with Russel Kanner "the timeshare king"

That is such an incredible deal. We paid 14,500 for the same type of unit. But we are happy.

You should be very happy with your $14.5 price as that is below market too. The price I got was likely a crazy one time aberration. Unfortunately a deal like that makes you keep looking for another similar deal...the classic "intermittent positive reinforcement theory"...answers why high handicappers continue to golf and lab rats pound the button waiting for cheese. I'm always looking for my next TS deal now.

Sorry for being a little off topic.
Where do you list the WKV weeks to rent them?
Do you take a deposit and when do they pay in full? Is there a security deposit or something in case they trash the place?
Thanks.

I list everything on Redweek and Vacation Candy. I use one of TUG's rental agreements. I've never had or even heard of anyone trashing a unit. The resort gets a credit card at check-in which gives some protection. Also, on Redweek you are frequently renting to other timeshare owners.
