Free Smoktree Lodge week in the Fall

I have a 1BR in week 42 that i need to get rid of as our life has changed.
Week 42 is part of prime leaf-watching season in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Resort faces Grandfather Mountain.

Transfer fees will be paid and MF for 2017 are included.

Smoketree is a VRI resort and is affiliated with RCI.

This is a deeded week and its a great time of year to be in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
 
Hi You might want to share how you have used this property in the past for trades thru II, RCI or VRI. Also how many TPU's it is worth in RCI for trading purposes. Possibly detail more of the activities in this area like Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain and Ski resorts. Just suggestions.
It is a beautiful area and close to lots of scenic areas along the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains.

I have traded this week for Palm Springs, Myrtle Beach, Cocoa Beach, FL and Massanutten, VA.
With lower MF than most timeshares, it makes for a great way to see the NC mountains one year then go to the SC or FL beaches.
 
Anyone interested? NC Mountains are beautiful in the Fall. Temperatures are normally mild too.
 
Are you into crafts or antiques? The NC mountains are great for craft and antique fairs/shopping/etc. and the Fall is a perfect time to be in the mountains.
 
The week is fully paid for and all maintenance fees are paid for 2017.
It just needs someone like you to enjoy it!
 
Thanks Railman83. I see many listings by the same "seller" so it looks like there are a few "semi-professional" timeshare re-sellers on ebay. should I use one of them or go on my own? i've not sold anything on ebay before.
 
cool mountain air, hiking, craft fairs...looking for someone to use my week since we cannot anymore.
