I have 400 points for free to anyone that would enjoy them. The dues are paid for 2016. The points are from the Intrawest part of the club. 400 points will allow you to book in any of the 9 Intrawest clubs and is a very large amount of points for that part of the club. As an example in high season in Mexico you can get a one bedroom unit for 40 points per night so you could book a week in Mexico in a one bedroom unit for 280 points and still have 120 points left to book in another resort. You can also save your points up to be banked for the next year. As an example if you booked a week in Mexico you would still have 120 points left so the next year you would have 520 points. Free is a very good deal.
Thank you.

Is the ownership paid off?

How much is the yearly maintenance fee?

How much is the transfer cost, and who is paying it?

Is there an underlying deed at a specific resort?

EMBARC (not DRI points)

I'll answer for Ric as I know what he is selling: the points are not really "DRI" points as if they were, TUG members would find that they have very little value at 400... These are really Club Intrawest/Embarc points for which the maintenance is 6.19usd per point per year. The minimum points that can be bought/sold in Embarc is 120 so 400 is a nice amount! To give you an idea of the value of 400 points, I have a 1 bdrm 2 bath oceanview reserved in Zihuatanejo in January for 207 points. The transfer fee is currently $250usd for Embarc. No deed, these are not deeded weeks. These are floating points and can be used any time of the year in any of the 9 Embarc resorts (Whistler, Vancouver, Ucluelet, Palm Desert, Zihuatanejo, Blue Mountain (ontario) and Tremblant (quebec)). My understanding is that these a paid-for points but of course the prospective buyer must always do his "due-diligence" and verify. Note that Embarc/DRI has ROFR on any sales transactions.

Just wondering how many points it takes to book at Blue Mountain (formerly Intrawest)

Thank you

As a CI owner this is a screaming deal. These sell ( yes sell) for more than $25/pt

The number of pts at Blue mt would vary greatly as low as 50 pts for a 1 bd in slow season to 200 in super high season BUT in general a 1 bd at most CI resorts is about 150 during high season and 200 pts for a 2 bd.

So in concrete how much yearly maintenance do those 400 annual pay?

This year's MFs were $6.15 (US) per point, so that would be $2,460. Of course this is the first year under DRI so who knows how much fees will be for 2017.

I am interested in the points. We vacation in Whistler every year... Please contact me. Thanks.

Please advise if this is still available. I'd be interested in acquiring these points.

Thank you,

Tim
