I recently purchased a platinum Vegas HGVC account. Today I have a bill for $685 MF due in my account. This seem to be $535 activation + $150 club dues. Activation fee was paid while closing, looks like HGVC lost track of that amount. It seems like I have to track down where the $535 we paid while closing went.

It looks like the OLD system accounted the $535 shows $150 due while the new website shows $685 due.

I didn't think you could pay either during closing. There are 3 pieces due to Hilton before you can use your new points:

1. Transfer (paid during closing)
2. Activation (paid after closing)
3. Club Dues (paid after closing and then annually)

I didn't think you could pay #2 or #3 during closing.

Jsparling is correct. I just recently pass rofr and my agent just reminded me that hilton will charge me the activation fee and club dues after everything is under my name.

I used TRCS for transfer. They collected and paid it after the transfer was done. It might be better to pay it yourself as it is easy to track in case there is a problem.

I got this reply from HGVC support regarding the issue

Thank you for your contact.

I am sorry for the online glitch this shows. You are paid off in full and shows a zero balance. I have forwarded your communications to our Web team so they may have this fixed.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Kind regards,
