Golf?

Do you get special rates or free golf at the two courses?

I am not sure about discounts.

I like both courses there, though I prefer Lakeview over Mountain.

The par 5 18th at Lakeview has never been reached in 2 shots----and some pretty famous golfers, too.

As far as me, this non-famous golfer didn't reach it in 3 shots!!

My unit overlooks the 2nd Fairway.

Golf

Hi again,
I spoke to my husband about this one, since he's from Western PA, and the proximity would be appealing, but not having golf included as part of the ownership was the killer.
He loves to golf. Or lives to golf. We live on the golf course of our country club, and her plays every day here, paying only cart fees in addition to our club dues.
For my info, though, have you traded in II? If so, with what results?

If the unit can be booked on other dates, there is frequently WVU overflow for football games and official school functions (graduation). Seems implausible, but it's true.

I have traded it every year except one, many times for Ocean Pointe for my brother (albeit not February or March).

I think like most timeshares, this one is better suited for someone to use most of the time.

Have you booked at Morgantown a different week, or only have availability the week you own?

I'm still hoping this will 'match' a desire for someone.

The drive is 13 hours from my home.

And, someday, IF we move to Florida---it'll be 14 hours away --haha!

Maybe someone considerably closer than those distances can use this mid-September week.

I have gotten some interest----but nothing concrete.

Still for sale.

2015 and 2016 MF have been paid.

Buyer will have use of the 2015 and 2016 weeks (to trade until 2017, and 2018 respectively).

Hence, two FREE deposited weeks, with No MF due until 2017 !!

I am still hoping someone in the area of the "Virginias", or nearby states can make use of this timeshare.

I am familiar only with International---so it is a guess on my part.

I do think the answer is YES---perhaps someone else will know.

(If no one posts, I will try to find the answer and post again, thanks.)

Great, thanks. My son is in grad school at WVU so this might be great for my wife and me.

Frank,

I am not an RCI member, as I mentioned before.

From what I can determine, it is worth at least 34,000 points, perhaps more.

Thanks,
Pat
