Hey Everyone,
I'm closing today on our timeshare!!

It has been a pretty long process getting all the paperwork gathered and what not because it was part of an "estate". After signing of the deed I'm told we are sending the signed deed to the timeshare attorney who will go to the courthouse to record and file everything. Once we receive those documentations we can send Wyndham check and paperwork to start the process of new ownership.

I'm sure all of this will not get done before January 1st which is when the points get deposited into the account, do I have to worry about the points transferring to my name once Wyndham recognize me as the new owner?

What are the chances I could find a room in Disney for a couple days (2-3) in march once the account is in my name?

What dates in March? Sleep how many?

Bonnet Creek shows availability early in March, forget it once Spring Break has begun. Star Island and Cypress Palms show some availability right now. Reunion shows availability before Spring Break, too.

I think you have a pretty good chance for Bonnet Creek in early March. How many nights do you plan to stay? (Not making an offer, LOL, just to zero in on the search)

various room types are currently available 3/1 through 3/10 Check In at Bonnet Creek. That, of course, will shrink by January, but I wouldn't be shocked if you don't find SOMETHING in one of the area Wyndhams.
