Giving away our Sheraton Broadway Plantation 2BR annual float week (sleeps 8). Home Season Gold Plus (Prime weeks) This is deeded and paid off. Free 2016 use year. Maintenance fees will begin 2017. (approximately $954)

What are the dates for the season?

Who is paying for the title transfer?

Thank you so much! This is a nice offer for someone.

It might also help with this one to list the actual deeded week number as the Plantation phase owners can reserve their deeded week 12-24 months out, ahead of the regular float period.

It would be better to provide that info. privately.

Ok so I need some help. I have never gave any of our timeshares away first timer and I have someone that wants it So can anyone help with the next stage.

I have both adopted and given away several timeshares, and what I would do next it to contact a reputable closing company - they will handle the whole thing for you for around $150. Since you are paying for the transfer, it's traditional for you to choose the title transfer company.

This is who I use - they are Tuggers, and they are efficient, and inexpensive:

L.T. Transfers

You and the new owner will both provide your info. to LT Transfers, and they will do everything else.

*So I'd contact the person adopting your timeshare and say: DeniseM on TUG recommends using LT Transfers, so that's who I'd like to use to transfer the title to you, and I will pay all the expenses.

Just curious, but why would the week number be best disclosed privately? It's not disclosing any personal information.

A listing that says week 27, floats 9-43, 47 would perhaps catch someone's eye since it typically would include 4th of July. Similarly, anything in weeks 23-31 would be a guaranteed summer without competition for the deeded week.

My apologies - I thought you were asking for deed info. - brain fart. ;)

Hi
Is this a lockoff unit? I may have a friend who is interested if your 1st offer doesn't fall thru.

Thanks

Cyn

I think post #7 says it's spoken for.
