Marriott Marbella Beach 1 Bed locations

We are owners here and have reserved a 1 bed villa for next year but are unsure of which location to request.
Does anyone know if there are 1 bed villas in each building please?

Any recommendations?

We also own 1 bed weeks at Marbella Beach. A couple of years ago I asked one of the staff members to write down the unit numbers for the one beds. There are 16 in total, spread across 4 buildings:

1005 / 1015 / 1025 / 1035
1106 / 1116 / 1126 / 1136
2102 / 2112 / 2122 / 2132
3102 / 3112 / 3122 / 3132

First two digits are the building number, followed by the 1 digit floor number.

We have stayed in 3122 on a couple of occasions, which is pleasant with a partial ocean view.

A couple of weeks ago we we were in 1025 - very nice pool and ocean front (ish) view.

We booked 12 months out for our most recent stay, which may explain the better view.

We are hoping to stay in a 1BR in Oct 2016 using Destination Club points are a trade via II. Given there are only 16 1BR units and traveling in late October (after the 15th), how likely do think we are to get a unit?

Bear in mind that UK half term in October is from Mon 24th to Fri 28th although it's unlikely that any families will be looking for one bedrooms. Other than that week it should be quieter than September and August.

Thank you for that information as we had no idea. We will try to work around those dates, perhaps traveling a week later.

Thanks for those villa numbers Steve. We own a 2 bed week and a 1bed week and I could never work out where the 1beds were.
Building 21 is one of my favourites so that could be the one to request.
