Very generous!

Sent from my iPad

I stayed at the unit above this year. I can confirm view from this location is quite nice!

People have been asking for pictures.

This is the floor plan of the unit. It is a Virgin Grand or Hillside unit.
It is not a Coral Vista Studio

This is a picture of the living/dinning/kitchen area and balcony. And my view really goes look like this!

The view at night and after a rain storm

These studios are gorgeous. We loved seeing them on the tour. And spectacular views up there. Would be all over this if we didn't have kids!

You could use it as an "in-law suite"

So is this unit not good for a family? I have an 11 yr old and a 4 yr old. Sofa bed is ok I think but maybe I am wrong.

It won't be long until the kids want separate beds. I'd say too small.

Resort will provide a rollaway bed if needed

Edit -Denise is now saying no, I will double check and post tomorrow. Looks like it might be a blow up mattress if needed in the future.

That's good to know - at their other SW resorts, they don't permit rollaways in the studios.

This is what the "special conditions" link on the WSJ confirmations say:

Rollaway beds are allowed in select villas and limited to 1 per villa. We are unable to accommodate rollaway beds, due to space limitations, in the studio, one-bedroom, Coral Vista Villas two-bedroom villas and second floor villas in the Virgin Grand phase.

Contract Pending

I have a TUGer who has committed to taking this ownership.....

I will update the title once contract is signed and closing is under way.

Thanks :hi:

And now I have a back up buyer as well
