we're going to the Aruba SC in a few weeks and just received the pre arrival information. We own 3 Marriott timeshares and at times do trade Marriott to Marriott. The preinformation questionnaire normally asked for a location preferance. It always has a disclaimer saying they will do their best, but cannot guarantee a location.
Just received one today for an upcoming trip in 3 weeks. It will not allow us to even give a preference with the disclaimer. Instead it reads " As an Interval International guest, you will be assigned beginning in the garden view and in the villa size confirmed through Interval International. The confirmation from II does not have a code nor, when I called, have one.
In the past, and I totally agree owner always should have priority. We own at the Ocean Club next door. But there always was kind of a priority system of :

Also, does anyone have an e-mail for the room assignment area or GM? I have the concierge, which probably wouldn't help.
