Paying fees online for European properties

Any European owners out there who can shed any light on this?

I have paid my annual dues online for my US based ownerships; however, I can't pay my European dues because of two problems:

1. Invoices for two of my weeks appeared on the Marriott website weeks ago but for two other weeks the invoices have yet to appear.

2. When I try to pay the two invoices that have appeared I get as far as filling in my credit card details but then the button to 'proceed/pay' does not work. I've tried using IE, safari and Firefox and both PC and Mac, no dice.

I will ring owner services eventually but this apparent glich is anoying because I wanted to smooth the cashflow over a couple of months by paying some earlier and some later.

You can of course pay some earlier and some later by phone to Owner Services, but I do understand the issue is why you cannot do that on the website.
In previous years, I have been able to pay both US and European MFs on the website but I have not yet tried this year.
It may just be that this is a short term glitch, like all the Cork contact details disappearing?
There are other anomalies though, for example I can elect my enrolled US and Caribbean weeks online, but I can't do so for my European weeks - crazy!
So I don't really have a definite answer I am afraid, but I do hope it gets resolved soon as I want to do the same as you.

I have had both problems and found the solution.

1. For some reason, I ended up with two customer numbers and some of my weeks are under one and other under the second. For one customer number none of my invoices show up online - I have to call CORK and get them to email me the invoices.

2. Paying online for European weeks uses a different online payment service. This is not compatible with current versions of Internet Explorer and NOT compatible with any others -such as Firefox or Safari. To get the online payment to work you need to do two things if you use I.E.11 or infact any version of Internet Explorer more recent than IE6.

First you need to allow Pop UP Windows - otherwise you will not get a print of the payment.

Second you need to click on the Tools option in the IE 11 menu line and then click on Compatibility View Settings. Then add Servebase.net to the list of sites in the compatibility settings list. I have also added my-vacationclub.com to the list as well. Once I had done this the payment process worked.
 
You have to laugh (or else you would cry) to learn that in order to use essential functions on the MVC website, you seem not only to need to be very IT literate but also find yourself restricted to a web browser that now has only ~20% share of the market.

My MF invoices have actually been on line for quite a while, so perhaps they have done something overnight and it might be worth checking again?
 
Made no difference Barry - not that I expected there to be a change. This problem of 2 customer ids has been with me since 2006 and the missing online invoices has been with me since 2012. The customer id that has the missing online invoices just happens to be the one that MVCI assigned to be the one that has my DC fees assigned to. The invoice for the DC fees does show up online but none of the invoices for the 4 weeks (2 Son Antem and 2 Phuket Beach Club) ever appear and they did before I enrolled my weeks.

The invoices are produced since I have them emailed by owner services but I have to ask for that every year. Then I can pay the MFs online as long as I use Internet Explorer and have set compatibility mode on for the online payment server and have turned off the pop up blocker.

Any way all MFs now paid.
 
I guess really I should be reasonably pleased then that we have 3 historic Customer IDs and generally everything works OK.
It did take me the best part of 6 months communications with the US some years ago to get all these IDs linked properly, but since then it has worked fine.
Having said that, the Club Son Antem Resale week we bought last year now shows under Review or book your vacation, but does not show under Review Maintenance Fee so perhaps I have work to do with them again?
