I am looking at buying a Marriott resale week. The buyer is using redweek. They are using Lisa Roach to handle the sale.

I think the Redweek listings that go through a broker are a real hindrance to getting a low cost deal done. Last year I came across a week that I wanted to buy and the seller wanted to sell but because of the Redweek broker, the transaction costs effectively killed the deal.
