Request advise on buying [Marriott] TS with trading power

We previously owned a Marriott Monarch on Hilton Head and had great success with trading. It was a week 21 or 22. We sold it a few years ago due to college expenses for our oldest and inability to get there due to husbands work schedule. We are interested in purchasing again but want to keep the investment low this time (less than $4000) and prefer floating week for flexibility.
We are looking at Marriott on Hilton Head again since we had great luck with exchanging when we wanted to but are interested in others suggestions of resorts with very good trading power.
We are looking at an auction listed on eBay at Marriott Barony Beach Gold Season annual Float weeks 12-21 and 35-43 seller pays all closing. Currently bid is approx $1675. Open to experience and thoughts on buying on eBay??
Where else is a good place to look besides eBay, TUG?
What other TS should we consider?
Any thing else we should think about?
