Newbie questions here - I'm in the 24 hour window timeframe, so trying to get info quickly, and I know where to come :)

I forgot to change my dates asking for an exchange and the exchange came thru this am a little after midnight. I have about 12 hours...

I think I can refuse it, but it IS what I requested. I requested a 3 week time block and got the last week, but now can't use it.

What is their phone number? Can't even find that on their webpage, and I think I have to call?

Can I ask to narrow the request as I turn this one back? and will I have to pay yet another deposit fee to do so??

What are my options to get the thing changed to the smaller time frame (which kinda is still the same request??)

thanks in advance,

If you need to cancel an II confirmation you have to call them, it can't be done online. You have 24 hours from the time it was confirmed. If that was during the night when they are closed, you will need to call before they close tonight.

You can cancel, even if it was what you requested. Just tell them you want to keep the request active, but change the dates. The exchange fee you've already paid will cover this. If you cancel the request completely they will refund the exchange fee.

II contact info is available on the website. Go to the bottom right corner of the page and click on "customer support". Then click on "our offices" and you'll find phone numbers, hours of operation.

thanks in advance,

Thank you so much!

I really did look all over their website, somehow missed the customer support info.

Also, even if you pass the 24 mark you can still retrade for another fee. They recently added the ability online. You can also add e-plus for $49 which would give you the ability to retrade up to 3 times at no additional cost. You can only add e-plus within 5 days and only if this is your first confirmation on the deposit. If you were previously confirmed and cancelled you cannot add e-plus, but you can still retrade for a full fee.

Thanks, everyone! I didn't want to have to spend more money, but wasn't sure if that was an option. I've taken care of it, and changed the dates on the request.

BTW, I went back to look for customer support on the website, and realized why I missed it! It was in very small letters in a lighter font at the bottom of the screen. Maybe I need new glasses, and/or need to make sure I don't sleep in my contacts and have them dry first thing in the morning, LOL! Sigh...

Sometimes when I tilt the screen a little things pop out that were hidden. I'm blaming old age.
