Question regarding Guest Confirmations - 2 different names okay?

Is it possible to put two names on a guest confirmation?

For example: if I am making a reservation for 2 non-related friends who are sharing one unit, can I put both names on the GC? ......So that either person can check-into the unit.

When adding a guests name there is room for only one first name and one last name. What I have done to add another name is to do it like this:
In the first name box: John/Mary
and in the last name box: Smith/Jones

They also ask for an address, and there is only room for one. At the resort they asked for ID but they didnt check the address against the address on the reservation

By the way each one of your guests should carry a copy of the confirmation with them

What I do is:
LAST NAME: /John Doe/
FIRST NAME: /Jane Doe/

It shows up on the guest certificate as: /John Doe/ /Jane Doe/
