I see where this propoerty seems less expensive to other hawaii properties, would you steer clear of a property you would never want to go to? No beach access or view? even if it got you good point value?

Same question for Vegas. I would never stay there because I get a free room at the Wynn anytime I want to go?

I see it as being a very expensive property.

MFs are higher in Hawaii. I would only purchase a resort in Hawaii if I planned on using it.

The lowest MFs are Las Vegas and Orlando. If you just want the points, those are good choices for a resale purchase. If you need the 12 month booking window somewhere else, you'll want to buy where you need the 12 month booking window.

You can get a good mf to point ratio at Kingsland if you are willing to pony up the high buy in for one of the 14,400 platinum units. Most people prefer the lower buy in at Vegas or Florida.

Lots of people buy HGVC units where they never want to go, points are points and that is the reservation currency not weeks.

Like all of the HGVC properties on the Big Island, Kings' Land is located in Waikoloa, not Kona.
