We made the arduous 5 mile drive from my house to the beach. Gorgeous day!

All those darn exchangers are taking up the pool chairs! ;-)

Awesome. Maybe you can lay out a couple of towels on the pool chairs at 7am, and don't come back till 3pm.

We have a reservation at Seapointe for December 13. I noticed there are 2 types of 1BR rooms:
1 bedroom plus with queen in master
1 bedroom plus

I never see any availability for the latter room type in HGVC. Does it have a king bed in the room or something? and why no availabilities?

There are two types of 1br. One has the bedroom in front side by side with the living room. It is the larger 1br.

The other has the BR in the back.

Actually, there is an even smaller 1br that is almost like a studio.

Not all the units here are HGVC. I booked mine via the RCI portal which is a better value.

I can also book bonus time here since I'm an owner. $115 for a 1br and $130 for a 2br.

The kiddie pool is to my left. I think the jacuzzi is at the far end. I can see the water play area.

It was a gorgeous evening to sit by the adult pool and sip some vino. We got some fish to go from Pelly's and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset complete with green flash!

Looks great! I received an email yesterday with information about using our day use privileges. I am going to do that this summer. How was parking? And how did you get a Wed check in day?

I booked a 4 day stay using RCI via the Hilton portal.

You get one garage space if you're staying. Day use you have to park on the street. I've never had a problem with parking on the street.

Thanks. I don't have a Hilton property so it's just full weeks for me. Or bonus time. Good to hear that street parking isn't that big of an issue. Maybe we'll head up there this weekend. I've been wondering if Sunday's were quiet around the pool since it's check out day.

It seems like most days are quiet around the pool. It's never been super-crowded the times I come. They do let the kids use the adult pool from 12-4 on the weekends perhaps to help ease the crowding at the kids pool.

We saw lots of people pulling their wagons back from the beach yesterday evening.
