help with purchase of Wyndham resale

We purchased 84,000 pts in May with start & usage dates being from 10/1/12 to 9/30 /13 from CJ timeshares. It tooks 7 mths for the deed to transfer. I called today to make our 1st reservation, only to find the previous owners had used 56,000 of our 84,000 points. I've contacted CJ timeshares for a resolution, however I'm wondering if any of you have had or heard of this happening. Do you have any suggested recourses? This whole process has been exhausting.

Its happend to me with CJ and they immediately offered a resolution.

Ive had similar things happen with other ebay sellers and they were equally responsive.

It really doesnt matter what they did to make me happy...Im pretty easy to satisfy. I understand that mistakes happen and am willing to accept fair compensation when they do..The question is what would make you happy...call you salesman tell them what happened and what you want. I bet you get it

CJ has a rental business and they offered me reservations to make up for what was missing from my account.

another time they just paid my mf ahead to compensate

Another ebay seller sent me a check to compensate for a mistake
