After enrollment, how long for the 800 points to show up?

Typically how long does it take?

Thanks, John

I signed up for the DC Saturday June 9th and was notified that my 800 bonus points were available on Friday June 15th so it took slightly less than a week.

I signed up almost a year ago and I think mine took 4-6 wks. (I don't remember exactly, but I'm sure it was more than two weeks.)

I signed up on the 7th and the points posted this morning 16th, so only just over 1 week and that was to the UK where historically we seem to have had to wait a lot longer for anything to happen.

less than a week

Mine were posted in a matter of days.

Thanks. Been a week and still not there. Understandable since I waited until June 12th to enroll.

Interval

Just logged into my Interval website for the first time since "enrolling" in DC and saw that I now have two accounts.

I have not seen my II bonus certificates yet that I should get since I still had three years left on my old II account.

(hijack-- never have had a problem with Interval until today. Called about a small, silly matter and spent 45-minutes on the phone and was passed to FOUR different people. While I was on the phone with the last supervisor I asked when I should see my bonus certificate for the new DC account and was told "soon." )

I enrolled our weeks on June 11. The points have not shown up in our account as of today---June 20th.

Probably keeping my points company, since mine haven't shown up yet either

oops- spoke too soon- I just checked and they posted today. My II account hasn't changed though.

It's possible your new II account number will show up in your my-vacationclub.com account first - click through "Manage My Account" and "My Profile." Not that you'll be able to do anything with it, but you might get a day or two heads-up that your II account should look different soon.

That's really strange- I checked, and now in the "my profile" as you suggested I have a new II acct. number, and my husband has the old number under his name.

I assume all owners on the account will eventually have the same II number- how is everyone else's listed? Do both II accounts show under "my profile?"

That's interesting.
Here in Europe, having recently enrolled my US/Caribbean weeks I now have a corporate II account totally separate from my personal II account.
I asked II about this and was advised that this is how it works and that the 2 accounts could not be linked through a single sign in, which seems crazy.
Is this different in the US?

I checked under "my profile" on my-vacationclub.com and there is no interval account info that I can see. Just a button that pops up my weeks. Clicking on one of my weeks takes me to the Interval Login page.

Still no points

Me neither. I joined last Wednesday and was told it could take 5-9 business days.

Mine shows the way yours does - Don has one Marriott and II account number under his name, I have both other account numbers under mine. The set-up hasn't caused any problems for us yet. We both log in using the same passwords if that makes a difference. Our old II account is due to expire in a couple weeks and I'll post then if I notice any changes.

When II has finished processing your new account you should see a new screen when you sign in. On it you'll see two buttons and will have to choose which account you want to use at the time. Any pending deposits at the time of enrollment should remain in the old account, and any AC's you get in lieu of a pro-rated refund will be deposited in that account as well. You'll pay the transaction fees for any processing done through the old account, even after you're enrolled, so be careful when making future deposits that you're doing them through the new account.

It's different from my set-up but I think I remember reading that other TUGgers had the same issue you did. Hopefully one of them will post here, but I think they managed to resolve it eventually with the help of both Marriott and II reps.

Depends

I use the same Interval "log-in" that I've used for years. A couple of weeks ago, when I logged in to Interval, I had a screen that showed two accounts and I had to click which account I was trying to access. It's fairly easy to go back and forth between the two accounts.

However, a friend of my had different log-ins. It so happens that his names were not the same on his Marriott accounts (one used his first and last name-- the other account used his middle and last name). Because the names did not match, everything was not connected in the new system. It has taken months to get it all fixed.

Maybe they've not gotten as far with your processing as they have with others? If I click through "Manage My Account - My Profile" then the screen that pops up has different boxes. Top to bottom is:
"Marriott Vacation Club Webuser Overview"
"Communication Settings"
"Marriott Vacation Club Customer Account Detail"
and, last, "Interval International Account."

If I click in the bottom box, the II Account box, that's where I get the same little pop-up that you see and it re-directs to II if I click on any weeks. But the third box - the Account Detail box - is where you should be looking for the new II (and DC) account numbers. Mine is split in two sections with info for Don and me, with most info identical except each name shows different account numbers.

I see it now in the box you describe. There is only myself and one II account. No biggie it has only been a week.

11 days and counting

It is now 11 days since we enrolled our weeks and STILL no points!!!! I actually think I will call today when I get home from work.

My thought is that with the last minute push for enrollments because of the 6/13 deadline, they are working through a backlog of paperwork to get everyone setup.

My points posted today. I enrolled on Wednesday June 13th and my points posted on June 22nd.

No second Interval Account yet.
