Hi All,
I have had this timeshare for over 9 years and havent used it in about 6 so it's time to let someone else enjoy it. The property is deeded in Daytona Beach (Resort name is Daytona Seabreeze) and it's for 9000 points reoccurring annually (on May 1st) that can also be rented. Maintenance fee's are $725 per year in November. Club Dues are $125 per year that hit around May, I am currently up to date on all dues and you will get the 2012 9000 points as I will not use them.
If you currently have bluegreen points you can use these and add them to your bucket of points annually.
This is already paid off so there will not be any mortgage to pay. I have this listed on the TUG Marketplace and eBay for $1 with buyer paying closing costs
HOWEVER, if you contact me over PM I will pay all transfer/closing costs so you can enjoy the points with no hassle. If interested PM me!
