It's nice to see (glass-half-full approach) that this operation was sort of "nipped in the bud" in that it was "only" 13 victims and $21,000.

Most of these other operations that get caught and we read about have victims numbering into the hundreds/thousands with staggering amounts of money reaching into the millions.

Maybe this will pass on a message to all scammers and would-be scammers that even little amounts will bring the authorities down on you.
