The deed for our third week at Alii Kai was emailed to us for signature and notary seal. We rapidly turned it around and had it in the mail the same day.

It was rejected because it was printed on both sides of the paper!

I don't know the command for one sided printing so had to copy each page individually and do it all over again.

guess hawaii is not in the mood to save paper.. i print on back of paper all the time.. A lot of junk mail is 8.5 x 11 with printing on the one side.. I turn it over and put in printer.. have not bought paper for around the office printing stuff in years.

start looking at junk mail and all paper and see how much you can use again.. it might be a suprize with next time you go to buy paper once a year not once a month. :)

Registers of Deeds can get picky. A 2 sided deed would be okay in North Carolina, but they charge more for a ''non-standard'' deed if it is different from their set standards. For example if you printed in on standard European A4 letter size paper instead of the marginally different US letter sized paper, they will call it non-standard and jack up the fee.
